N.J. drugmaker hits roadblock on contraceptive

Maybe the maker of Plan B, the aptly named morning-after pill, needs its own backup plan. For years, Barr Pharmaceuticals Inc. has been trying to get its controversial contraceptive approved for sale without a prescription.
