If you do a Google search for Menopause or Hot Flashes, you can soon be overwhelmed by all the stuff that is out there.  As all of us baby boomers begin to enter Menopause, businesses and others are wanting us to spend money to help with our menopause.

Be Smart!

Before you buy, stop… count to 1 Million… and then decide if you need to spend your money on their anti-menopause or I Hate Menopause products.

For example, "manufacturers are marketing lines of sleepwear, leisurewear and underwear made of high-tech fabrics designed to help minimize the effects of night sweats and hot flashes."  There's musicals about menopause.  There is now a "Chicken Soup for the Soul Healthy Living Series: Menopause."  There's every kind of pill, oil, juice, or gadget to buy.
