Now, I am not naive to just take anything I get my hands on.  Both my mother and sister are nurses and they put me in touch with her doctor before I took anything. She had talked to him about menopause natural remedies before, and then showed him the product that I had received from this natural health company. The doctor warned me that one of the ingredients in this type of menopause natural remedy could potentially interact in a bad way with one of the medications I was taking for high blood pressure (although I'm not taking that now).

Had I just gone ahead and taken the herbals without talking to her doctor, it could have been pretty dangerous.  Others who have had drug interactions have ended up the hospital. That is something that is a danger for everyone and why your doctor should always be consulted before you take anything else… even if the website or infomerical says it is 100% safe!
