Vitamin K2 is also Important!
After recent studies it has been concluded that Vitamin K2 is a natural treatment for osteoporosis and is very important to maintaining healthy bones. This is a Vitamin that is not made by the body naturally so it must come from the diet.
Magnesium Works Great with Calcium!
Magnesium is a great natural treatment for osteoporosis that works with calcium to help keep essential nutrients in your bones and not in your soft tissues. The best way to get important minerals such as magnesium is to eat good vegetables, especially leafy vegetables.
If you take a supplement of Magnesium… and I cannot necessarily confirm this… but I believe pure magnesium is better than the kind that has zinc or other stuff in it. You might want to confirm that yourself though.
Exercise Everyday!
Getting the exercise that the body needs every day can help prevent bone loss, improve your muscle strength and help reduce the risk of breaking something if you fall. There are several exercises that will help your body stay fit and your bones stay strong. One of the best osteoporosis exercises is Yoga, any other exercise that will have your body going against gravity are very good for preventing and naturally treating osteoporosis.
