Hi~ I have just launched a new site for women experiencing perimenopause / menopause, http://www.menopausemayhem.com. Available is tons of information on menopause and the many symptoms, alternative treatments, and products available that really work! Most of these products I have tried personally or have been recommended by practitioners specializing in menopause and womens health. I will be happy to link to your site in my 'other resources' page. Your blogs are informative and interesting, and is wonderful to hear from people around the world and what they too are experiencing with this transition. Believe me, it doesn't have to be ALL BAD! If we recoginze symptoms early on and begin to monitor and treat with increased exercise (ugh), better diet, and the key point to maintainging yourself..a GOOD VITAMIN made especially for women in this transition, then you actually can relieve some symptoms…or at least minimize them. I began having hot flashes after having my son at age 36. Though they were minimal and fluctuated throughout the next 15 years, they were a sign that I need to pay attention to my body and respond. The best information I found over those years is available on the website and is what led me to offer it to others who don't have the time, or want to delve into a myriad of books and research. BREATHE…..relax and you really can be the best woman you ever imagined as your transformation aspires! We, as women, must work together! Julie Hewitt
