Exciting article on hormone imbalance! I know of a great website which promotes a medical group. This group provides adrenal fatigue diagnosis. Also treatments are provided for hormone imbalance, hypothyroidism and fatigue syndromes.

I am 62 years old and was told by my doctor I am no longer menopausal, which I don't entirely agree with, this article as comments from women who still experience symptoms which they used to get during their monthly cycle. I still get these syptoms myself, but unfortunately I find it hard to say which is menopausal and which is to do with the the cycle which I got when having a period. It is all a phrase I can do without and I am sure most women would agree with me. I keep active swim and walk at least an hour each day with my dog, I take a course of tablets especially for the hormones and menopausal symptoms which does seem to help. I also think a positive outlook is very important and interests and some sort of hobby does help your mental wellbeing.

Do you have any information on the male menopause? I had my hormone levels tested and found out that my testosterone levels were extremely low. My doctor said that it was male menopause. Before I make any decisions, I wanted to do some research to see if this is a true medical condition or if I'm being misdiagnosed.

Any info. will be a tremendous help!
